+ The cleanliness was top class. Room Service was excellent. Facilities were very good. Staff was polite and helpful.
− The hotel should check for all taps in the bathrooms - whether hot and cold water is running and if the taps are in proper working condition.

Best location, value for money
+ Location of hotel is excellent, bang on Flora Fountain, just at A1 gate of Hutatma Chowk Aqua line (M3). Walking distance to Churchgate, Marine Lines and Gate Way of India
− Rooms are very small, unclean, stinky, no food service, no cloak room, very small lift and passage, very less lighting

Comfortable ,clean & easy access to all places

Excellent Location, very quiet and comfortable.
+ Excellent location. super restaurants across the road and around the corner. CLose to Colaba and in Fort for great street shopping. Staff was great. Super comfy beds. I had limited mobility, the staff ensured that I had a room on the ground floor. Very quiet! we loved this. We would absolutely go back there again.
− Rooms were a bit small, but pleasant. Our window faced brick wall next door, but we did not mind as we just went to sleep.

Affordable and central stay in Mumbai
+ Flora suites is well located and our hosts were nice and helpful. The room had a/c and was spacious enough, same for the bathroom.
− The bed linens were clean but still had some dark stains, which took some getting used to. There were door bells on my floor and the alarmingly loud ringing could be heard whenever used, which was often in the mornings.
