The service was excellent, the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!

A nice, modern and clean hotel with a good location, close to public transportation.

The room was quite small and cramped, and the window facing the street could not be properly closed, so we could hear more noise from the street. There was also a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors.
The biggest downside was definitely the breakfast. It was far from exceptional — unfortunately, rather below average. There was a limited selection, with greasy, fried foods. They apparently prepared an egg omelette upon request, but unfortunately, nobody offered this option to us. The coffee was not very good either.

Excellente vacances

We stayed at Hotel De Bonte in Istanbul for 9 nights, and it was fantastic from start to finish!
Clean & Comfortable: Rooms were modern, immaculate, and kept fresh every day by housekeeping.
Warm Hospitality: The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help with anything we needed.
Great Location: Perfect spot with easy access to public transit for exploring the city.
Relaxing Vibe: Cozy atmosphere, fast Wi-Fi, and great breakfast to start the day.

Pretty good, but...

The Location is excellent you can go to different parts of the city easily. Included breakfast was awesome, every day some part of the menu was different. They changed our towels everyday and the room was really clean.

The room is really small, you can't move around it without bumping into things.
It's really noisy street, so sleeping was a challenge. Especially because our balcony door didn't work so well. We couldn't fully close it, so there was always noise coming from outside. We've told the receptionist but he was really young guy and didn't spoke English. But when we returned to our room we realised that they didn't fixed it.

My rate based on my stay not the staff. It's one of the best hotels in Istanbul.

One of the housekeeping staff was the rudest, impolite with zero manners and the kitchen chef was very rude.

Comfortable hotel rooms and good staff

The location of the hotel is perfect , all amenities around it , accessible transportation lines , Metro, busses , tram and taxis
The staff is really helpful , especially Mona and Haider at the reception
The manager is good and room service staff, kitchen staff especially Adeebah
I’d like to thank them all for the good service they provided during our stay at the Hotel
