They are scammer. They Make over charged and rude behave

Excellent Hotel with great staff
+ Value for money. Excellent location if you want to explore the heart of Delhi. Very convenient to travel around and Hotel is well organized with well hygiene standards maintained.

− The staff at the reception, especially those handling the booking entries, didn't even know how to speak to guests politely. Their behavior was very rude, and they talked as if they had no respect for customers. The room had an outdated window AC that barely cooled the room. Basic room amenities were missing, and there wasn't even a doormat in the washroom. Considering the high price, this hotel is a complete waste of money. I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel.
