− The hotel had no view of the outside - you had to keep your windows and curtains closed lest you are bombarded with noise and bad smell. There are no restaurants to eat out except the one in the hotel - which is nothing much to speak about

+ I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception team was very friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, which made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. All the staff were polite and professional throughout my stay. The location is very convenient, especially being near the airport, which made travel easy. However, it is situated on a very busy road, so that’s something to keep in mind. The room charges were affordable and offered good value for money. The breakfast was good with a decent variety, and the room service food was also tasty and reasonably priced. The only drawback during my stay was the mattress, which was not firm at all and could be improved for better comfort. Overall, it was a good stay with friendly service, convenient location, and fair pricing. I would consider staying here again.

− Location of the hotel is horrible, very crowded and not sophisticated at all. Traffic jam all the time. Getting taxis are challenging due to traffic. Staff need to be more cheerful, not at all service oriented approach Rooms are bit old and walls had some cracks In Room Amenities, Electrical Kettle was stinking like any thing. Shower Gel and Shampoo bottles were not replaced newly.

− The property is located around the slum area which is not show in the pictures . Hotel is not bad but the location is not shown in the pictures which is quite deceiving while booking the hotel .
