− Not clean at all, lighting at washroom poor overall not clean. Poor safety on wiring and switch

+ Comfortable bed and everything functioning in the room.

− There is no breakfast, nor room for having breakfast, and the kitchen smells so bad you wouldnt want breakfast anyway. No hot water in the shower. I was pressured by the staff to give a tip despite not wanting to, and was asked various times. The bed and room was trembling from the metro diggings the whole night, it was stuffy, window not opening to the street, and the road was very noisy the whole night.

+ Better wifi... Air condition pretty fine. Ordered a veg fried rice, provided also a soft drink as complementary. Behavior of staffs are friendly.

− Pictures and reality was entire different. Its just a room without any windows. Ceiling in the toilets are broken and dirty. Air condition much good. Room facing to road side, so the noise of vehicles disturbs our rest times.

Horrible stay but Location of the property is good!

+ Location of the hotel is very good, just under the metro station, easy access to small restaurants…

− Hygiene- I found rats and cockroaches in the room. One of the staff was after tips constantly. Bed condition was very poor.

+ The location of the hotel is really good if we are looking for connectivity with airport.

− Hotel dosent have car parking, which is mentioned on site. Being by the heavily traffic road, its crowded through all the night, making it difficult to sleep. The ambiance is not impressive.
