Comfortable and good value
+ Spacious room, great shower, lovely breakfast.
− Nothing to dislike. The lift is very small and slow considering there are 13 floors but it was a minor inconvenience

Good value for money but the one elevator was depressing.
+ Close to the beach, big clean rooms, good breakfast, nice staff.
− Only one small elevator is a major disadvantage of the place, the state of the tub was not the best.

Exceptional
+ Excellent hotel! Although it is located in an older neighborhood, it is very close to the promenade, restaurants, and various shops. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the breakfast is rich and varied. Highly recommended!
− Just a couple of minor issues: the toilet is located very close to the sink, which makes it a little uncomfortable to use. Also, the sofa partially blocked the balcony door, making it difficult to open.

Very comfortable and nice stay.
+ Very nice hotel, air conditioned, nice room and nice view. We first planned to book an aparthotel in one of the tall buildings but we got scared because of the feedback from friends about waiting times at elevators. This hotel was a good choice, we still stayed at 11th floor but no lines for elevator and everything was good.
− Its not a beachfront but still quick walk to the beach

Great value, amazing breakfast!
+ EXCEPTIONALLY good breakfast with a city view terrace, professional staff, comfy bed, nice location. Overall, great value for the money, much better than most places we’ve stayed in Batumi.
− The cleanliness could’ve been better (when we checked in the toilet wasn’t exactly clean). The elevators were always busy, so we had to spend a lot of time coming from our 8th floor.

A great city centre hotel close to key sights with all you need for a visit in Batumi
+ The hotel is in a great location - ideal for a city centre stay. The breakfasts are great - with a lovely selection to start your day and with great views from the restaurant.
− I do think they could do with another lift - there only seems to be one and it is quite small for guests and their luggage!
