A good value hotel close to the airport with helpful and friendly staff and a good breakfast.
+ The hotel is just one stop by metro from the airport and then a short walk. The hotel staff were super-friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble, they even gave me a lift to the airport in the morning at no additional cost. The breakfast was great - traditional Indian but also some European options. The room was fine - no hairdryer or safe, but apparently both of these are available on demand. The air conditioning was good and much needed!
− I only had a rucksack with me (my main luggage was transiting straight through to London) so walking from the metro to the hotel was fine - but it would have been a difficult walk with large luggage. And the traffic was mental at that time (7pm) so a taxi from the airport would have taken a long time. And it was a very long way (60 minutes on the metro and a walk) to the Gateway of India area - but I knew that when I chose a hotel closer to the airport. And an uber back to the hotel was very reasonable and easy late at night.

+ We stayed for one day, and it was a pleasant experience. The manager and the receptionist were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we couldn’t have breakfast because we had an early flight.

No toilet paper… had to request. Breakfast quite basic. Overall great for a short stay. Staff very friendly and helpful

− Bathroom layout … shower/basin/toilet not positioned appropriately. No shower screen so water sprays all over the toilet and basin. Shampoo and shower get dispenser too stiff to dispense adequately.
