+ 1. All of the staff are friendly ; the housekeeper, the technician and the receptionist. 2. The monorail station is right outside the hotel. 3. There is a mosque right behind the hotel, making it easier to know the prayer times.
− 1. There is no specific parking space for the car. It makes going out really difficult because once we leave, there’s a high chance we won't find parking when we get back. 2. Our room's air-conditioner was leaking and it made our room flood. When it happened a second time, the receptionist said they would call a technician, so we expected it to be fixed by the time we returned—but it wasn't. When we followed up, they claimed the technician was on leave; however, after some persistent pressing, they managed to get hold of one. When we asked to change rooms because of the flooding, they insisted on waiting for the technician—saying a room change would only be authorized if the technician deemed it necessary. In the end, we were allowed to switch rooms because the air conditioner leak simply couldn't be repaired.
