+ Location : it is closed to Shota Rustavely prospect with restaurants, stores and public transport, but located in calm street nearby, thus it is quite and calm. but still modern. Facilities: Inner facilities are very well maintained that is not always a case among Uzbekistan's hotel we have stayed. Breakfast: Perfect breakfast prepared and served with high grade of hospitality. We were leaving Tashkent at late evening hours and employees allow us not only to keep our luggage (that is a norm), but also stay in nice lobby and prepare/ reload for the our transfer.

+ Large, comfortable, clean rooms and an outstanding breakfast. Also in a good location for walking or taking the metro to Tashkent’s sights.

− Home boutique is a little on the pricier side, but I found with Tashkent that the cheaper hotels can be pretty rough. So, while it is a little more expensive than you might expect in Uzbekistan, I consider it a good value.

Boutique hotels are the best and this hotel was excellent in every way!

+ This was the second time we visited Tashkent and wanted to find a place which is close by to the points of interest. Home Boutique hotel was our choice this time and our selection didn’t disappoint us a bit. Front office staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and courteous. He offered us a list of nearby places to visit and also encouraged us to take the Tashkent metro. Oybek is the closest metro station (900 meters by walk) from this hotel and offers connectivity to architecturally beautifully constructed metro stations such as Yunus Rajabi, Ozbekistan, Alisher Navoi and Kosmovaltar station. The rooms are spacious and superbly maintained. HK does an incredible job to keep it hygienic and clean. Complimentary breakfast is just about right and the staff ensures every guest is taken care well. We had to depart early on one of the days for a full day Tashkent sightseeing trip and the staff was mindful of this and arranged for an early breakfast (very kind gesture). In all, highly recommended, great location and customer centric staff improve the stay quality of this hotel. Home Boutique hotel will be our first choice next time when we visit Tashkent!

+ This hotel exceeded my expectation. It only has 7 rooms and the staff knows all their guest by name. It's amazing! The rooms are large and well organized with closet and such. Big bathroom. Very clean over all. It was also quite in and around the hotel. I was superhappy with my stay and would recommend it to everyone. The breakfast was fantastic! At first it worried me when they showed pictures of like 5-10 options of breakfast I had to choose from for the next day, but was i surprised when the table was set with all sorts of delicious compliments

+ Staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. We had an early morning flight, couldn't catch breakfast, so staff offered complimentary transportation to the airport. Room was spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast.

− Few small spots of rust colored stains on the bed cover. We'd prefer that the hotel not have any caged birds. It's a little sad to see.
