fine for sleeping, not for comfort
+ close to the sea and Patong Beach, within easy walking distance. The room is spacious.
− very basic design and no decoration to make it feel inviting. The balcony is tiny and not usable, and the half-empty building felt a bit odd. More like a short-term rental than a hotel—fine for sleeping, not for comfort.

Exceptional
+ I stayed 5 nights in a deluxe king room. The room was spacious, bed was comfy and large. Bathroom was a decent size, can with a bath and shower. Kettle, fridge and hairdryer in the room. The restaurant downstairs was good value and tasty. Would highly recommend 👍

Very Good
+ The staff were very friendly and lovely. The room was very clean and tidy with effort put into the towel display. The facilities were very good and the location of the shops etc. was very useful.
− Slightly noisy area but definitely quieter than other places, the bathroom needed a little work to make it appear much nicer, however it was clean. Oh, and the soap dispenser kept falling off the wall when used, it was lucky it didn't break...

ارزش نسبت به قیمت عالی بود.
+ Great location, close to the market and only a short ride to Bangla Rd.
− Wasn't very impressed with the shower. Good pressure and hot water but i like a shower that showers me from the top, not at a horizontal angle while spraying the towels and my laundry with water.

Pleasant
+ The room was decent with good AC. The location is very good, very close to Patong Beach and Bangla walking street.
− No person was at the reception for most of the day. No intercom number to contact reception. There were no soap, handwash, shampoo , etc in the washroom.
