+ The staff was really nice and helpful. The kids loved the little corner in the entrance of the dinning room during breakfast. The location is great.
− The building is a bit old and needs renovation. The aren't any activities in the hotel. The hotel is good but overpriced. Didn't get the reason why it's more expansive than most hotels around it.

+ The staff is really nice, every time I needed something they came and took care of it. The room is large and spacious, there is both a bathtub and a shower, plenty of space on the sink to put things, a very comfortable bed and the view from the balcony is amazing, there is nothing blocking the field of vision. There's a crazy selection at breakfast, and in the evening it's very fun to sit in the restaurant upstairs, which has a gorgeous view.The hotel is conveniently located by the sea.

+ Our 3-day stay at Hilton Batumi was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a perfect location, close to the seaside, boulevard, and many great restaurants and attractions, which made exploring Batumi very easy and enjoyable. The panoramic view from our room was truly breathtaking — waking up every morning to such a beautiful view was one of the highlights of our trip. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. What impressed us the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Overall, Hilton Batumi exceeded our expectations and made our stay unforgettable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Batumi.
