+ I stayed in the cheapest option and for value it was good. No air conditioner though they provided me with a fan. Staff were pretty chill and for the price it’s a good option

The place is great for short stay. Just basic rooms. You get what you pay for and it’s ok

Stay here just in case of emergency otherwise go to another place
+ Wifi speed and the terrace
− Kitchen always dirty smells like vomit. Trash can always full with bad smell as well. Principal Shower dirty and moldy. Room without curtains. Stinky towels on the floor drying water from who knows where... in 4 days they never changed them and neither did the trash. The younger receptionist in a really bad mood always Early check out Not aircon just a small fan

lovely staff however uncomfortable stay
+ the staff were the highlight of the stay. they carried my very large suitcase all the way up to the top floor which was very kind of them. the location was good for the price with many cheap places to eat nearby and a reasonable walk to the beach or you can rent a bike.
− the fan couldn’t do much against the heat and as the heat rose to the top floor i was just sweating all night even after buying cooling patches. the shower was also very dated and the lock on it was not secure which did concern me as a solo female traveler, especially as many of the men were sleeping with their doors open because of the heat so it wasn’t super comfortable using the shared bathroom. the facilities just need a bit of an update to make them safer and more comfortable.

− Unfortunately the room wasn’t really grate. Stains on the walls, bathroom is super tiny, shower is next to toilet so everything is wet when you’re taking a shower.

Worth it for rhe price
+ Staff is great, The room I got for one person is for what I payed, If you are planning to go to Phuket and stay 2-3 nights it’s fine if you go by yourself, Shower not hot water but I did not need it since it was hot, so was ok, I recommend this place if you are not picky at all and want to explore more the area than a hostel, Worth it especially if you solo travel and want a bit of privacy and you are tired of sharing rooms with people

Struggling to recommend this place.
+ A couple of redeeming qualities … The bedsheets were fresh and clean. The location was great, far enough from the action, yet within walking distance.
− The hotel is disappointing. On my arrival, I was told, with a smile that my room was ready, but I needed to pay 150bhat for early check in. I stared at my phone for 13 minutes, and then was handed the key ! The room was generally unclean, poorly decorated, and in noticeable disrepair. Ill-fitting windows rendered the already weak air conditioning almost useless, while also letting in a lot of outside noise. The fridge didn’t get cold and the safety deposit box didn’t work correctly, although a staff member did attempt to fix. It’s just about adequate for a night or two, but definitely not a place to stay longer or expect comfort. Given that there is a ‘damage charge list’ taped to the wall, I would suggest there may have been some problems here previously. Would not recommend.
