− Gebucht waren 2 Zimmer, 1x 4 Bettzimmer, 1x 2 Bettzimmer incl. Frühstück. Am Mittag habe ich eine Nachricht erhalten, dass die Unterkunft kein Frühstück anbietet, es sei ein Fehler von Booking. Als wir nach Mitternacht ankamen, hat der Herr uns 2 Zimmer gezeigt, 3 Bettzimmer und 2 Bettzimmer, wir waren zu 6. Nach langem diskutieren hat er uns ein weiteres 2 Bettzimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei diesem Zimmer war das Bad schmutzig, auf jeden Fall gebraucht und nicht gereinigt. Wir waren froh, dass das Bett sauber war und einen Platz zum Schlafen hatten. Zum Duschen war das Bad widerlich, so daß es nicht machbar war. Am nächsten Morgen ca. um 10 Uhr kam ein Kind an die Tür und fragte wann wir auschecken, obwohl in der Beschreibung zwischen 12 und 13 Uhr stand. Das einzig positive an dieser Unterkunft war die Lage. Direkter Meerblick. Schade.

− I booked a room for four people with breakfast included through Booking.com. The day before our arrival, the property sent me a video of the room showing only three beds. When I pointed out that I could not see the fourth bed, they claimed it was a Booking.com “system error,” saying they did not have any four-person rooms and did not serve breakfast either. They suggested I cancel the reservation if I wished. Since it was too late to find suitable alternative accommodation, I asked whether they could at least provide an extra bed, and they assured me they could. They also said they would “somehow” arrange breakfast. When we arrived late that evening, the room still had only three beds. After asking again, they brought an old, dirty folding bed about 10–15 minutes later. It had exposed springs, a damp, unpleasant-smelling blanket, and a wrinkled bedsheet. As soon as my child lay down on it, the bed became unstable and collapsed, causing my child to fall. As a result, three of us had to spend the night sharing a double bed. To make matters worse, loud music from the restaurant downstairs continued until around 1:00–1:30 a.m. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and there was no running water, so neither the toilet nor the sink could be used. We couldn’t wait for the morning to leave. When we checked out, there was no one available to speak to about these issues—and, despite what we had been promised, there was no breakfast either. I would strongly advise avoiding this property, especially if you are travelling with children. The listing was misleading, and our experience was extremely disappointing.

+ Nothing is likeable, very narrow steep road , no place to park so had to park far away,5-8minutes away.

− Nothing about the property is likeable, the owner messaged less than 24hours before stay to book another hotel, was about to board plane so had no chance to book another, asked why so he said there is not water in one of the 2rooms , asked if other room toilet has water, he said yes so accepted to adjust as had no choice , but when we went there , the other toilet water also vanished around 1am, also he said there is not breakfast included , showed him the booking , he said that booking.com problem. We said we booked a month ago, he had all the time to let us know breakfast is not included as we paid for breakfast too, also he could have let us know hotel has water issues , he waited last minute to let us know about water, that also lied that only one toilet has problem.We asked to refund us the breakfast amount but owner was very rude, we had long flight and were tired with 3kids , and he was fighting over breakfast money, rooms had dirty sheets and used towels, hair covering the shower area drain ,no hand wash or other toiletries.the next day morning around 10-11am there was no one at reception , we wanted to ask if there is any water to brush teeth or wash faces , my partner purchased drinking water from near by shop and we used that. Very very disappointed .

Uncomfortable especially for women.

− Host is very impatient, sent messages on booking.com to confirm my arrival and threatened to cancel my booking of I didn’t respond. I only saw the messages the next day, he also called early in the morning to ask the same thing. He didn’t have a card machine for payment, though offered to take us to the ATM. We were tired and could sent a message prior requesting cash payment. There was no water at some point to flush or shower, in the morning water came back and it was just cold. We didn’t get breakfast, because the ATM only allowed us to withdraw 50euros. He said he will take it but we must make a plan for our breakfast and the property didn’t serve breakfast anyway. No drinking water in the rooms, no teas or coffee and a very dirty kettle that you can’t use even if you had your own water.

− الوصف على Booking لا یتطابق مع الاقامه حیث یجب ان تتضمن الاقامه افطار و قهوه و شای لکن لم یکون هناک ای افطار فی الوصف یجب ان تحوی الغرفه على سریرین مزدوجه لاربع اشخاص لکن فی الواقع کان هناک سریر مزوج و سریر مفرد ای فقط ل ثلاث اشخاص

Lovely hotel and very kind owner

+ Location was fantastic! So many places nearby to eat and drink. The room was very clean and modern with a beautiful view of the water and a great spot to watch the sunset. The owner was very helpful and accommodating of our needs, he went above and beyond to make our stay welcome. Would recommend!

Step out in the balcony, feel the fresh breeze and enjoy the party that goes on downstairs.

+ The location was fantastic with a view of the ferries. The host Mehmut was a very friendly person. I loved the overall stay.
