Pleasant

+ Hotel propre situé au calme loin de la rue , le personnel est parcontre bruyant le matin .

− Le bruit de bavardage dans le couloir tôt le matin ,

+ Room is nice (if we compare with other hotel), price fair and location great

− Hotel hasn't anything else than nice room. Swiming pool is bad (compare with other hotel)

Disappointing

− The window cover was in yellow color the sunlight gets through it u cant sleep well in morning i just have issues with lights so and i asked the hotel worker for solution no one helped me

Excellent

Calm and cozy.

+ Comfortable space, as the room is quite spacious and everything we needed was there. Its location is good, not too close from the noisy area.

− The only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness, as we had to request for new bed sheets when we arrived.

Affordable, Clean, Spacious rooms at a very good location

− they don't provide dental kits which is a very basic thing

Avoid. Your better off sleeping on the beach

+ Location

− Only one lift is working and has been like this for a very long time. You will wait ages up to about 3.00pm for a lift as it’s taken overbuy housekeeping. Then in the evening this is ridiculous as everyone wants to go out and when it finally comes it’s full. You have to use the very precarious stairs. Don’t expect a hot shower after 6.00pm . Don’t expect to come home and have any water to shower or flush toilet in the early hours it’s all off. The pool is a health hazard and dangerous for kids. The pool water smells, the bottom of the pool is filthy and slimmy. The drills are missing and leave just a hole where the water gets sucked into the filter. A child could easily get their foot trapped. The pool area has 4 very poor recliners that are filthy. The whole pool deck is covered in cigarette bits and food scrapes with left over food in backs covered in flies. Any mention of a complaint to reception gets brushed aside as “I not boss” . This is not a AUD 40 a night hotel and yet still charging 159 a night. 400% increase in one year at same time Feb

Great location, unfortunately needs serious upgrades.
