Affordable and close to all the main attractions
+ Excellent location. Right in the old town and close proximity to Hadrians Gate, Hidirlik Tower and Mermeli beach. Nice healthy breakfast.
− Had difficulty opening the front door at times with the key and the toilet didnt flush properly at times. Lighting was a bit poor aswell.

Nice and comfy hotel in the old town - service great
+ The host here, Mehmet, is excellent. Very helpful and polite. The rest of the staff is nice and accomodating as well. Rooms are nice, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is good, too. The location here is great, a very short walk from everything within the old town.
− I thought maybe the price here is a bit steep, but all in all it's in line with what you pay in the rest of the area, so not really a complaint.

Great location, good value for money.
+ The location is brilliant - it's in the old town, just walking distance from the sea, and Hadrian's Gate as well. The caretaker of the hotel was very kind. We also enjoyed the local breakfast (they also served us plums from the tree in the backyard). We visited in the summer and we were grateful for the AC in our room. Great value for money.
− Because of the central location, it can be quite loud at night, especially on weekends. I would recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

For my requirements this hotel was perfectly suitable.
+ The location is perfect for exploring the Old town. The breakfast was typical Turkish breakfast that was adequate. the room was comfortable with all that was needed.

Location is good.
+ Breakfast was good, hotel is in the historical building in the old city area. Location is convenient, close to the main street with restaurants and markets, but at the same time the small street where the hotel is, is not in the noisy area. Towels and beddings were clean, the bed mattress was comfortable. The staff is polite, they also offered a transfer to airport which was very convenient.
− Room was small, probably max 8 or 9 m2 of total square. The cleanliness of the room - I would rate as 7 out of 10, floors were not cleaned and there was an accumulated dust under the bed and under the small table.

+ On the positive side, the location is excellent, right in the heart of the historic center and close to all the main sights and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was rich and varied. A big plus was how helpful the reception team was; they organized airport transport for me in the middle of the night, and I truly appreciated that.
− However, there were several downsides. The room was definitely not 20 square meters as described, and it felt quite small. It was also dark, with light bulbs that gave off only minimal light. There was no hot water at first, although the issue was fixed after I reported it. There were no power sockets near the bed which was inconvenient. Finally, the room faced the main street, so it was quite noisy and difficult to fall asleep.

Excellent characterful place to stay right in the heart of the old town
+ Lovely guesthouse in an excellent location. The building is lovely and well-maintained with a nice patio and pool area. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially when I had a problem when I checked in!
