+ I recently started at Heaven house restro & bar Patong and had a wonderful experience.the room were near by Patong breach and 7/11 opposite side shopping mall 7 minutes & not go to anyway because there is that best food in that restaurant Thai seafood & india food is wow n there staff is amazing friendly owner is that best helpfully for that everything I want to say please go to enjoy that heaven house hotel n restaurant well enjoy a lot I come angina for that is heaven house and missing all stuff n owner see you angina that all stuff 😍❤️😍

− Let me start off by saying I had seen the negative reviews about the head management but I’m very quiet and keep to myself so assumed I could book regardless without issue.. Started off by requesting a change of dates right after booking property bc I immediately noticed a mistake I made, request was denied so I just accepted a couple days I wouldn’t be at property I had booked. They assumed I wasn’t going to show up and had a very clear attitude when I showed up for check in, and even more of an attitude when I told the manager I did not want to upgrade rooms. Turns out the reason this upset them was bc my room with shared living facilities was shared with him and his wife. They’re an absolute nightmare… within 20 minutes of me arriving they were yelling at each other loud enough to be heard through headphones. Within 2hrs of me arriving they removed toilet paper out of shared bathroom. I was berated and yelled at for smelling of “ganja” meanwhile they cooked the smelliest food with their door open polluting all the air in my apartment and shared area. Yelled at me bc I moved small empty metal rack to look out the balcony, as they have clutter everywhere and was told not to move anything and yet again berated. Hotel owner (and neighbor!) banged on doors repeatedly and even forced his way to walk through my room claiming he couldn’t use his door. Which he then used 15 minutes later. They threatened to leave me a bad review and yelled for over 5 minutes strictly bc I “smelt like ganja” after I had in fact been having a walk with a zoot and dinner which isn’t exactly a criminal offense. After enough problems from them I asked if he wanted me to leave he said yes. I agreed to pay the missed dates and my one night stay he agreed to refund my 3 other nights. Knew he was going to try and scam me bc other reviews have said he’s done the same to them. As expected he lied to my face and never credited me.

− That location is that best location and staff are very friendly.booked is fully smart where you control everything on screens near 7/11 2 minutes nad exactly clean brilliantly reliable lifts, super room ‘and I stay wonderful and that owner is friendly good and helpful I would like to extend my sincere thanks to that resort management for their good so central and , convenient thank you for sensational service 🙏❤️
