The hotel will provide guests with air-conditioned rooms with a desk, an electric tea pot, a fridge, a minibar, a safety deposit box, a TV and a private bathroom with a shower. All rooms have a closet. Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya offers a sauna. Pattaya Beach is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. PROPERTY ANNOUNCEMENT: We would like to inform you that we are carrying out some works in our lobby area as part of our plans to upgrade the property and rebuild Hard Rock Pattaya with an updated design and a more contemporary, luxurious vibe. During this period, the reception desk has been relocated to an alternative location adjacent to the Hall of Fame event hall, overlooking the hotel driveway. An air-conditioned lounge is also available nearby for those awaiting transportation. The Rock Shop remains on the ground floor, and a purpose-built walkway leads the way to the newly renovated lifts of the hotel. This phase of the project is expected to end by 2 September 2026, and it includes the last three floors of guest rooms. There will be construction noise daily, 10am to 5pm. Apart from these areas, other hotel services will remain operational as normal.

Every second was just so wonderful!
+ Every second was just so wonderful! After this experience, I will only book "Rock Royalty" rooms from now on! All the Rock Royalty lounge staff (especially Ora, Pimmy, and Rosé) were the best I've ever experienced at any Hard Rock property. You truly and constantly felt warmly welcomed because they were so overly kind and caring. They overly exemplify Thai hospitality and are an incredible asset to the Hard Rock brand. Being able to check-in and -out while seated in such a calm and quiet environment in the Rock Royalty Lounge was a major plus. All Rock Royalty Lounge members knew your name instantly and always greeted you the moment you walked in! How kind! I also always made sure to have breakfast and cocktails/canapé there every day to avoid the crowds downstairs - the service was so incredible that I never even considered trying the downstairs buffet for the masses. The Rock Royalty Lounge breakfast was made-to-order right in front of you, so it was incredibly delectable, and you could peacefully enjoy your food with a view without the noise and commotion of an all-guest buffet. The canapé was an amazing surprise I always looked forward to, as the menu changed each and every day. I just enjoyed the service, exclusivity, conversation, and atmosphere so much in the Rock Royalty Lounge that I never wanted to leave! They constantly took care of you, thought ahead for you, and always did so with genuine warm heartedness. I'll miss those staff members the most! The hotel has also found the most phenomenal housekeeping staff I've ever witnessed in my entire life - I'm not exaggerating! They both mop and vacuum the floor, completely move the bed away from the wall to tuck in the sheets, and have the most thoughtful turndown service - leaving small but impactful messages and treats, especially the "Sweet Dreams" chocolates! I'll miss them too!
