It’s definitely not 5 star hotel (3-4 stars) because of range of food service and facilities . It shouldn’t cost 3000+€

+ Location, beach with different types of entering into the water

− Service was bad, reception gave us wrong room (despite the fact that I had clarified it right away, in advance). I’ve paid additional for sea view but at first they gave us room far from sea without any view. Than they gave us wrong info about where we can get beach towels Hot water in restaurant was always dirty with some small black pieces of iron or old tea. Waiters mostly didn’t speak English, not very attentive, we shout wait for a long time and sometimes they didn’t even bring what we have ordered. Often in the middle of the food time there was luck of food and they didn’t bring new if you didn’t ask. Dangerous chicken with blood, not enough prepared Facility is old. The beach loungers are terribly uncomfortable—hard and without any soft padding

An outstanding family friendly resort in an amazing location!

+ Fantastic stay from start to finish! The resort sits in an amazing location with a great-value package. The rooms are simple but very comfortable, and the food was truly outstanding. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be returning!

− Evening shows could of been a little earlier for families.

We have chosen to stay at Hapimag espcially due to the location of its beach and its cam waters on the holiday village s

+ The rooms, the setting and the restaurants were very nice. The beach on the holiday village side is very calm and it has a swimming lane as well. The beach on the hotel side is also very nice and spacious, however it gets wavy in the afternoon due the prevalent winds.

− The beach on the holiday village is half empty at all times, however all the sun-beds are reserved with towels and there is no place to sit. We were there with small children who were playing in the water and the beach but we were not allowed to sit on the sun-beds. The hotel has a policy to remove towels from reserved sun beds, however this is not implemented, furthermore people who have reserved them can keep reserving them if they give a signature every two hours. We were very disappointed with the hotel’s unwillingness to protect families who are actively using the beach front and especially by the beach team members Onur Urgun and Baris Ozdemir who have asked us to move although the towel owners had given their signature more than two hours ago.

Great stay but a few improvements could make this hotel much better

+ The location was great. The staff were also excellent and the rooms were clean.

− We were a family of 4 and got split into two rooms on different levels and far away from each other. The food could also be improved.

Great Place to Relax and Unwind in the midst of nature!

+ Loved the location of the property, private beach access and the relaxing atmosphere it provides. We took the all inclusive package which totally makes sense and the choice and variety of food and beverage was great, including coffee and drinks by the beach bar. Our room although basic had a great view of the sea.

− Well, it was me and my wife, there were just too many kids so hard to find some peace and quiet at times, the layout of the property is such that you need to walk uphill and downhill a lot or wait for buggies which are quite efficient but there is a dependency. Not all hotel staff speak English 90% speak the local language so a bit difficult to communicate if you have certain specific requests. Some staff were friendly yet some staff were quite indifferent so does not reflect a true hospitality spirit. Our rooms were quite basic, we were staying in block 1 - but if the property calls itself 5 star then the room and amenities are definitely not 5 star.
