Excellent hotel in an excellent location

+ had a wonderful experience at this hotel during my recent visit. I arrived on Sunday afternoon and realized I had accidentally booked a room with two beds instead of one. I was referred to Diana Parnt, who handled the situation with utmost professionalism and a genuine desire to help. She immediately understood my mistake, and the issue was resolved in no time. Diana is truly an asset to the company, and people like her are the exact reason guests choose to return. I would also like to give a special mention to Sopio-HSK for checking in on me to ensure everything was perfect and that I was completely satisfied.Beyond the outstanding service, the hotel itself is excellent. The rooms are clean and modern, the entire team is fantastic, and the breakfast is superb. Additionally, the location is perfect and very close to the city center.I visit Batumi frequently, and from now on, I will always choose this hotel for my stays. Thank you again for everything!

+ A perfect experience! The entire staff was amazing and provided warm hospitality — we were given our room earlier than expected, and every request was answered with a smile. The hotel is very clean, beautifully designed, and stylish. Breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious. The location is unbeatable: close to the sea, Europe Square, and the nightlife areas. Highly recommended, and we will !definitely be back

I would especially like to recognize Diana, who helped me solve an issue three separate times, always immediately, professionally, and with genuine care. What impressed me most was seeing her take on different responsibilities one day as Desk Administrator and the next as Manager while still being willing to help wherever needed. I even saw her personally helping a housekeeper on the floor. This truly shows what a great team spirit and leadership look like. Diana deserves special recognition for her exceptional dedication and service. I will be looking forward to seeing the hotel publicly recognize and appreciate her for her outstanding work. + Excellent location, within walking distance of almost all the main attractions. The cleanliness was very good, and both the room and the bathroom were a decent size. What impressed us most was how well the windows insulated the room from the noise of the busy boulevard. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The only downside was the limited number of available tables after 9:00 a.m. The staff were polite and checked us in very quickly.
