Excellent
+ This was our second time staying at this hotel. The central location, friendly staff, great value for money with half-board option are their top high points. The cleanliness of the linen and towels is perfect, the staff are always there to help.
− The bathroom is quite dated and so are some towels, they need refurbishment. Whatever was wrong during our stay, the staff made it immediately better. It may not be perfect, but the staff, especially the gentlemen at the reception, are perfect!

On the whole, Hamit is a decent hotel and excellently located. The staff were helpful.
+ The breakfast was good and wholesome. The meal was tasty, with variations, so one would not get bored. The staff were friendly.
− I think it was good and does not require much change. Perhaps they could consider adding more varieties of bread and cheese. They provide water in the room for only the check-in day. This should be changed, and drinking water bottles should be provided on all days.

Great value and location for money
+ Great location, nice staff. Lot of options at breakfast (traditional breakfast). 5minutes walk to tram 1 and metro.
− We were in high season and the breakfast restaurant is little if the hotel is sold out. But the hotel staff was nice and offered the tables near the reception also to the turists.
