Excellent
+ Excellent staff from all the department, good food, easy to reach the property and excellent location.
− While using the swimming pool in the evening and again the following morning, we noticed that multiple children from outside the hotel were using the pool for swimming practice. The swimming sessions were being conducted by the hotel’s swimming pool attendant. The large number of children using the pool for training made it difficult for in-house guests to use the swimming pool comfortably and enjoy the facilities. We request the management to kindly review this arrangement and ensure that hotel guests have adequate access to and comfortable use of the swimming pool, particularly during peak hours.

Hala Arjaan is one place to recommend when in Abu Dhabi.
+ It was our first time, your staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Ms Soe (the Filipina front desk) for her kind assistance. My daughter loves the pool and wish we can stay longer. Our trip is only brief. The place is quiet and peaceful, good place to relax. We will come back again.
