Great location but needs cleaning

+ The location of the property is superb and is very well connected. It is a great option for overnight crashing or shorter duration stays.

− I have chosen to stay at this property on my last three visits, which is why I genuinely hope the owner will take this feedback constructively. I would strongly urge the owner to ensure that the room descriptions on the booking platform accurately reflect the amenities actually provided. The room I booked was clearly advertised as having a terrace, but the room allotted to me did not have one. Additionally, the room had a significant mosquito problem, including what appeared to be dengue mosquitoes, and requires proper fumigation and thorough cleaning. The bathroom could have been maintained at a much higher standard of hygiene, and the air conditioner also seemed to require proper servicing. Also the property can do with an elevator. Which is installed but doesn't work. Since I have chosen this property repeatedly, I believe these concerns deserve attention. I hope the owner will take the necessary steps to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and the accuracy of the room descriptions so that future guests have a better experience.

I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I also felt safe and accounted for, being a solo female guest.

+ The atmosphere was very warm and friendly. I enjoyed the communal kitchen and being able to prepare my own food and store it in the communal fridge. I enjoyed meeting and greeting hotel staff and fellow journey persons and the layout of the hotel is great for that. The towels were clean and the sheets and rooms were very clean and we could get what we wanted when we wanted. The bathrooms were large, if a little old and the beds were comfortable .. an essential for yours truly .. the bedrooms were also bigger than average, comparatively speaking.

− It may not be a biggy for others, and though I made fun with it, there was very limited and poor flow hot water. I understand the manager / owner is rectifying this. For me - this would be a deal breaker .. a hot shower, especially if you aren't feeling great or just want to wash the Delhi Dust off you or if you need to wash your long hair - goes a long way to improving the day or night! I had got the impression it was in a quieter location, and though it is not - if you are in a room away from the street - you don't hear a thing.

− My guest fell down in the bathroom. No ant-slip material in the bathroom. Stairs, No elevators. Very difficult to transport to the hospital

A small bed and breakfast with some weak points compensated by very friendly service

+ The bed and breakfast is very well located in a nice part of Delhi. The rooms are spacious and clean and street side rooms have a huge shared balcony which is very nice. Although they don't really speak English the personnel is very helpful and ready to give information about the area and to adapt to all wishes. It is really the strong suit of the establishment. The place is small (3 rooms) and felt very safe as a solo female traveller. The wifi works well. The bathrooms have hot water and good water pressure.

− The bed sheets were clean but there were some old stains. Finding the place was a hassle: the adress on Booking is not right, (the right one is on google maps though!) and it is in a back courtyard type set up with only a small plaque on the street which makes it hard to find. There were 2 electricity blackouts during my stay one of which lasted for several hours. What's more the breakfast though it *was* offered was limited in terms of options as the chef was not there. The personnel was ready to go get some from a restaurant or help cook one for no extra charge though. Street side rooms are very loud, it is possible to request the others, which are smaller. I didn't I just used noise cancelling headphones which was alright.
