Such a pleasant place
+ This room is pleasantly warm and extremely cozy, I felt there so well - especially because the weather was quite cold during my stay. I liked the design of my room (especially the horse picture!) and the whole house. There are shops, restaurants and bus stops nearby. For me, it was also not difficult to walk to Green Bazar and Arbati. The only small minus was that Wifi went off exactly at the time when I needed to order a taxi but luckily, it was fixed soon.

+ This place is more like a hotel than a guesthouse! The shower was backing up a little which was promptly sorted. Laundry service too! Excellent staff and great place to stay

Comfy and quiet room in the outskirts of the city center
+ Room was big, comfy and clean. The host was very welcome and provided helpful directions to reach the property. The location is a bit far from city center, not far from the Central Mosque, but nearby there are shops to buy food and water and everything else is accessible with a short Yandex ride (depending on traffic). As I had a night flight, I particularly appreciated the host's willingness to hold onto my luggage until late in the evening. Good value for money.

Worth the money
+ The room and bathroom are clean. The property is walking distance to the park where they have the Ascencion cathedral. It is also close to the Green Bazaar. The owner replies right away to inquiry which is really important.

Great value
+ Clean and complete with fridge etc. Comfortable beds. Host is very responsive and accommodating.
− Still remodeling so expect more amenities soon! Would be great to have a commons area like a kitchen etc. Maybe that's next year? A little disconcerting that 2nd & 3rd floor rooms don't have anyway to get out in case of a fire?

+ The hostel is great for a short stay in Almaty. It's located in a calm district, in a walkable distance to the Green Bazaar and Panfilov Park. The host is very nice and communication with him is great. He responds fast for all messages. It's possible to do laundry for an additional, small fee.
− The room was a bit small, but it's not a big problem for a short stay.

+ Perfect location, cozy streets that can cover you from the bustling city rhythm. Everything is brand new, neat and clean. Loved that we had a security code on the main entrance door and the check-in was easy peasy. Owners was polite and respectful. Always were in contact through messages and provided helpful information. .

+ The host was very nice and helpful. The room was BEAUTIFUL. So new and clean. We felt really comfortable there during our 5 day trip.
