Character hotel near the centre.

+ A big room with a comfortable bed, and a street facing balcony, about a 15 minute walk to Republic Square (take the short cut around the cathedral). There's a convenient food hall and supermarket, ATM and a few restaurants opposite the hotel. There's a lounge and a kitchen available, but we didn't use either. The people running the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially with our late check in, staying up until we arrived.

− Could do with some updating and maintenance, the shower is difficult to adjust. No hairdryer, and WiFi is weak. Don't expect room service, it's basically a room in a family house, and pay in cash. Note that Yandex has difficulty finding it!

Great value stay right near Vernissage!

+ We had a wonderful stay at this guest house. The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to Vernissage, making it ideal for exploring the city center on foot. Considering the prime location, the price was fantastic. The layout of the floor worked really well. Our level had three guest rooms sharing a fully equipped kitchen (complete with everything you need to cook your own meals), a comfortable lounge area to relax, and a lovely balcony that was perfect for unwinding in the evenings. Special mention to the host, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Plus, a huge practical bonus: the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool! The bed was bug enough for two; we each had our own nightstand; The bathroom had one-time use soap and shampoo but I recommend bringing your own because it was not renewed daily. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a cozy, well-located spot that won't break the bank.

− The windows didn’t have the window screen so we couldn’t open it because the bugs could come in. I would appreciate if the rooms were cleaned every day but for the price it was acceptable not to. The shower was very small.

+ Basically everything was good. The location is great. The staff is friendly.

− The only suggestion I have is to improve the cleanliness of the bathroom. The sink, shower cabin, and toilet had noticeable limescale buildup, and the towels looked quite worn and gray. Replacing the towels and giving the bathroom a deep clean would really improve the overall experience.

+ The bedroom was beautiful, spacious and had a nice balcony. It also had big wardrobe and a night table with a big mirror. Upstairs there is a kitchen, so we could prepare some meals and a breakfast. The location is great, just 5 minutes away from the Vernissage market and 10 min from the Republic Square. There are some restaurants and bakery nearby, so you can get fresh amazing bread and pastries for the breakfast. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

− There are few things that can be improved. The bed is really squeaky, so when you turn around and move in the night, you wake up your partner. The mattress is also a bit used, so it would be good to change it. In the bathroom it was clean, just the shower had a lot of limescale, I believe it could be removed. And in the kitchen it would be great if there would be some basic spices like salt and pepper and oil, because for cooking you usually need a spoon or two instead of buying a whole bottle.

+ I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Yerevan and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is excellent, very close to the city center, making it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. What truly made the experience special were the hosts. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for. The atmosphere of the place was warm and cozy, and it really felt like a home away from home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at ease. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely choose it again on my next trip to Yerevan.
