− No coffee and very limited coffee 2pcs only cream more only tea....no sucked for the phone in the room only we need to go in toilet phone. And during dawn no staff attentive i was wake so thirsty i call down multiple time but only ringing the phone and it takes almost 1 hour before someone get the call n almos 2 hours then water came no emphasize the charge us due they said only 2 is minimum. + The room provided to us had a old washroom. The toilet seat was stained. Titles and everything gave a impression that it needs an upgrade. Cockroaches were also in the room with old and stained carpets.

Value for Money with bit compromise
+ The Hotel was good enough for a decent stay ,close to Airport and with all basic facilities.Staff was co-operative as well.Rooms were clean but with Old infra.Maintainence was ok ,few stains were found though
− The location is in Old Dubai ,Deira with lot of noise 24 hours.In surroundings there are lot of Phillipinos ,only some locals.Hotel is very old as well though they have tried best to maintain.I was worried about bugs but only one day I saw one in our room.Washrooms had old taps & cracked tub ,Hot water was not available only lukewarm water was available for shower
