− Had a small incident with a female member of staff trying to hug my daughter after she said no. (She is 3). Got locked (trapped) in my room on the last night. They refused to change our room and said they would sort it in the morning when we were checking out anyway 🫠 If there was a fire or emergency we couldn't leave room without phoning reception to come open front door

Good but not for english speakers and not for teenagers it gets boring for them I’d suggest it for families with small c

+ Clean and the kids club is good, also the beach is good but too croudy , the location is pretty good in goynuk but its not kemer, i liked the sea food though it was only served once in the period of 7 days, i also liked the bars they served varied drinks with nuts i really enjoyed the aquapark and beach small buffet aswell but they had the same problem which was the very limited time of being open for 4 to 5 hours a day only which is pretty disappointing , i also liked the nature around the hotel especially the mountains behind the hotel

− The hotel is small also the buffet is very limited and there isnt many options its like rice and rice and too many different type of rice and potatoes but the meat is very limited especially at lunch but dinner is good also the periods aree very short especially dinner its like 2h and if i came a little late i would find half of the food empty, also the hotel is russian and turkish oriented only and the English language is pretty useless because almost all staff do not speak it, the aquapark is a little small you’ll get bored of it in two days or so

− The environment around meals in the main restaurant was very stressful and noisy. Not nice at all even though a big variety of choices of food.

If you have kids its a good choice to consider

+ Nice staff, everything was good, the food was great and was changing food everyday surely you will find something you like. The pool, aqua park and beach were good and the kids have much fun. kids club was great for kids. Its a good resort for family vacation. Mini discu was fantastic for kids however after kids show there are adults shows, in 4 night i liked one show only the rest was live music which werent bad tbh.

− One thing is that there are no place for hookah which is understandable because the resort adress families with kids vacation, but it would be nice if they made a corner for such activity like other resorts ive seen.

Overall, Greenwood Kemer offers good value for money, especially if you’re looking for an all-inclusive resort. However,

+ The hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountains and greenery, creating a relaxing atmosphere. 🗻🌊 Activities throughout the day, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable. 🧘🏻‍♀️💃🏻🏐🪩 Hardworking staff, who were always polite and willing to help. 🤍 The beach is within walking distance, but it’s a pebble beach, so bringing or renting water shoes is a good idea.

− Food variety ( The food became repetitive after a few days. Although there was a decent selection, the quality and variety could be improved, especially for longer stays) Sunbeds ( Finding a free sunbed by the pool or by the beach could also be difficult during peak hours, as many were reserved early in the morning) Weak air conditioning ( One technicians came to fix the air conditioning, but after it was “fixed”, was slightly better and kept leaking water) Russian oriented (The hotel is very heavily oriented toward Russian-speaking guests. Most announcements, entertainment, and activities were primarily in Russian, and much of the atmosphere catered to that audience. As international visitors, we sometimes felt overlooked and found it difficult to fully participate. It would be great if more attention were given to English-speaking guests as well) Room cleaning (The room cleaning was inconsistent. While towels were replaced regularly, the room itself was not always cleaned thoroughly, and some days it felt like only the basics were done. Sheets were not changed, just ironed!) Annoying vendors( One of the biggest downsides was the constant pressure from vendors inside the hotel. Staff promoting massages, photography services, leather goods, clothing, and other extras approached guests repeatedly throughout the day. While it’s understandable that these services are available, the persistent sales pitches became quite annoying and took away from the relaxing atmosphere. It would have been much more enjoyable if guests were allowed to approach these services on their own without feeling pressured.)

Totally recommended but needs to improve something about Restaurant and ....

+ Amazing hotel specially for water park and my son and me enjoyed a lot.

− The hotel was very crowded and full of children, and when some foods, especially sweets, ran out, they didn't refill them or it took a long time. For example, sushi was served once and ran out very quickly and they didn't bring it back. In general, when the hotel is very crowded, you might be annoyed in the restaurant.

− Right after the booking I was asking Hotel's staff to share photo of the basketball court, but got an answer, that they can't do it, but can assure the court is kept in a good state. Providing photo of it in this review. Court is clean, but the size is very small. And court lines dimensions are incorrect. Not a big deal for 99.9% of the visitors, but just in case:) Another thing is tennis court. Size is also small, net is not stretched properly. You can take tennis racket on the reception, but rackets are very worn. For those who plays regularly it won't be satisfying for sure.

Good hotel for this cost

+ It's a very nice resort. They had a great selection in a buffet and for kids and for adults. The beach is very close and has a bar with street food for those who wants to spent whole day at the sea. The swimming pools (outdoor and indoor) aren't heated (in October the sea was much warmer). Each day the resort has an entertainment, although during 1 week we had the same show twice and also twice karaoke, but maybe that happened because of the end of season. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location: beautiful view on the mountains, very close to the main street with shops and travel agencies, very close to the sea.

− When we arrived the room didn't look very clean. The toilet looked quite old that you even cannot make it look clean... But in the middle of the week they changed sheets and cleaned the room much better than at the beginning.

Overall it is a decent hotel.

+ They have great cooks, so meal was tasty with great selection of dishes. Animation for kids is great (specifically a club where you can drop off your kids). On-site water park is really good and is in a good condition, with area for kids. They have really good massage specialists in their spa center. I wish I discovered that earlier during my stay. The main pool is big and well maintained.

− Room wasn't particularly clean, besides timing for room cleaning service was inconsistent. The hotel is pretty worn out, balcony doors did not operate smoothly (we had a room with two balconies). We also experienced issues with air conditioning ( had to ask the hotel staff twice to check/repair the AC because it did not cool enough, sometimes had impression it did not cool at all). Another cleanness issue we experienced with utensils (in cafeteria), in some cases the result of mediocre dish-washing (discovered traces of lipstick on a wineglass), in other cases might just turn out not collected for washing after previous use (knives specifically often not being collected and left on tables).
