Good stay !
+ Spa was great. The two men at reception did a very good responsive job. Breakfast was quite good.
− Restaurant not really 5 stars. Our bedroom had during the day some noise from a ventilator but it stops at night. It is actually a 4 stars hotel but the staff is really doing their best we could see that.

+ A pleasant hotel; the walk to the sea isn't as difficult as it might seem from the map. There were no issues; it is possible to park the car under cover (if there is a free spot). Good coffee for breakfast

Perfect place for September holidays.
+ The view on the garden and the sea, the spacious room, the superb spa, the restaurant, everything was perfect for the 5 days of our stay. My mother has a sweet compliment on her birthday. Delicious breakfasts.

+ I had a wonderful stay at Greenwood Hotel Batumi and was truly impressed by the overall experience. Since our room was ready, we were kindly offered an early check-in, around two hours before the standard check-in time. The lady at the reception was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression. Our room was spacious, beautifully presented, very clean, and had a lovely view. It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the attention to cleanliness and detail was excellent. The spa facilities were also at a very high standard and provided a great opportunity to relax and unwind. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the sea, which was another big advantage for us. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, with something to suit every taste. Everything was fresh and well presented. What I appreciated most was the attitude of the entire staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely willing to help whenever needed. Overall, Greenwood Hotel exceeded my expectations. From the comfortable room and excellent service to the spa, breakfast, and convenient location, everything contributed to a very pleasant and relaxing stay. I would definitely be happy to stay here again and highly recommend Greenwood Hotel to anyone visiting Batumi. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️
