+ Location good. Reception name Ummut was extremely nice and helpful and respectful. Loved him. Tipped him as well at the end.
− One of the kitchen staff did not seem very welcoming. If you arrive 9:30 to kitchen (closing time of breakfast is 10:30), the main course will finish and no re-fills.

+ The location is very good and the staff was very nice and helpful.
− Toilet flush breaking in the middle of the night and having to change rooms due to constant loud noise that it caused. The view from the window was a construction site. The building had an "unfinished" look in some places.

+ The breakfast is a delight, excellent variety of dishes, fresh and tasty. Location of the hotel is very convenient to all the major historic venues and very close to Bosphorus. The hotel is clean, and the bedding is comfortable and extremely clean. Thank you for that!
− The roads that lead to the hotel are closed during the day. We couldn't get to the entrance because of that and having two large suitcases it was a problem to carry them even for a short while. The staff were helpful with the suitcases but I wish I had known about it beforehand. Our room overcooked the inner courtyard, not a nice view, sadly. In the morning, the staff smoked in the courtyard so that we could smell it in our room.

+ The warm welcome from the owner of the hotel and the friendly courteous staff. Breakfast was delicious each morning with a special thank you to the delightful breakfast staff. The location was short easy walk to Sultanahmet Square and all the attractions.

+ A modern, cozy hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are a good size. Comfortable beds. A varied and delicious breakfast. All the receptionists were very friendly, and the housekeeping/breakfast staff were also hospitable. Bonus points for the free, unlimited coffee, tea, and water in the lobby. Good location, just a few minutes’ walk from the Sirkeci station. We would definitely book here again.
− It’s good to know that there’s a school right next to the hotel, in case anyone is sensitive to noise... But we watched the young students playing on the playground with interest. 🙂 We didn’t have any negative experiences. The lighting in the bathroom could be a little brighter.
