+ The hotel has an excellent location, very close to key points in the city and easy to access. The breakfast was okay, not continental, but still decent for a short stay. Overall, the area and accessibility were the strongest aspects of the experience.
− For international travelers, I would strongly recommend paying attention to the hotel’s rules. They do not allow you to bring anyone into your room, even if the person is not staying overnight. On top of that, they force you to go to the restaurant and do not allow you to remain in your room, which is quite unreasonable. Considering that I paid for the room, I should be able to use it freely, and having a short visit from someone should not be an issue.

+ My stay was really nice. The team such as Ilqar and Tural were very helpful organising transport, laundry, luggage storage etc. The view from the restaurant is also really nice. I definitely enjoyed my stay and would totally recommend it!

+ Great location and friendly staff, especially Sabit who was very helpful when we had a problem and our party got separated. The breakfast was delicious too!

Overall a great option for staying in Baku!
+ It was a pleasure staying at Grand Park Residences Hotel, Tural and Ilqar were such friendly and welcoming front of house staff. Zaur was also very helpful, offering to carry my suitcase. Overall the hotel location was great and easily walkable to the Boulevard, old town and neighbouring parks. The rooms were spacious and clean and overall a great option for my first stay in Baku!
