+ Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and neat rooms, price is affordable and true value for money. Special mention to the staff at reception and the person at reception who helped us with tour packages. Very near to Patong beach and Bangla road. 7/11 and restaurants are in plenty in and around. Overall experience was excellent and this is the second time I am staying in your hotel.

+ Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were nice with comfortable beds and a cute balcony - everything was well maintained and clean. Great location too as everything we needed was no more than a 12 minute walk away.

+ Location was great. Close to everything
− Some of the staff at the desk were not very friendly or helpful. I've been travelling since February and always had good service relations. A little disappointing
