+ Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Location is super connected to the mall. Easy to check in and check out.
− I have booked the room for 3 adults but toiletries and towels were left only for two. Hair dryer was included but couldn't find one. Breakfast was average, everyday same options, breakfast saloon was not cold enough.

− washroom need more maintenance, some parts seems to be need repair , some items it missed like extra towel but once i called them they bring all our needs

+ It’s perfect location , and stuff is professional and I would like to talk about something that happened to me recently after I booked online and while I’m coming from Dubai using my car during the day some issue happened to my car which prevents me to continue to Oman and I have booked two rooms and almost time of check in , I sent them email honesty no body replied but they tools the positive action to help me by not deducting the money from my card , they understand my situation and honestly it’s rarely to find a hotel dealing with such respectful way , that’s why whenever I came to Oman I book directly in this hotel bcoz you feel safe with everything.

Great hotel, access is a huge issue
+ Clean modern friendly staff, closed to the mall however if you need to go anywhere else. It’s tricky to get in and out
− Taxis are not allowed in the lobby area, which affect how guests able to commute in and out, I understand there may be some agreement with certain taxi companies but at the end of the day, what count to the hotel is the customer
