Very pleasant and positive experience.
+ the best part of the experience is for sure the staff - very friendly, professional, and helpful as well as always available everywhere. A special appreciation to Abeer from reception who was extremely welcoming and considerate which is a great start to someone who is just checking in. We also enjoyed the spacious room, the cleanliness, the ease of temperature control, the in-room dining, the rocca pool for families.
− I am not sure we didn't like anything in particular about the hotel. It was underoccupied which is a country seasonal thing rather than hotel's.

Great place, especially if you have a toddler!
+ The most important thing - we went on vacation with our 1.5-year-old son, and all the staff were incredibly patient and helpful. The hotel is baby-friendly, which made our lives so much easier! It has a kids' room as well. During the Eid holiday, there was an influx of tourists, and the hotel managed it very well. They converted a second floor into the breakfast area as well, so that it wouldn't feel crowded.
