Арендодатель мошенник, при заезде не выходит на связь, начинает блокировать, и пере выставляет свое объявление со стоимо

+ Арендодатель квартиры является мошенником. Приехали на заселение вечером, арендодатель ответил на звонок и сначала сказал «вы не бронировали», потом сказал , я вам перезвоню мне нужно уточнить. По истечению 10 мин я перезвонила, арендодатель меня поставил в блок. Я пошла звонить в кафе с телефона сотрудника , когда позвонила он взял и сбросил, как только услышал мой голос, при повторном звонке поставил этот телефон тоже в блок. После того, как мне пришлось искать другие варианты (а так как в это время проходил музыкальный фестиваль, стоимость на объекты размещения начинались от 70 000 рублей , то найти что-то было уже не реально) я снова нахожу данный объект под другой стоимостью 123481 рублей.

− The bed are the worst They handed over the apartment in dirty condition The reservation lady did-not answer phone before coming and during the stay. She show up at 2:30 PM keeping us waiting for her to handover the keys Even though the keys are in a box. To visit Almaty for apartment I recommend to use Airbnb my friends get a better response and better support. In my case even booking.com where helpless and landlord is not responding to them

− Very dirty,we felt kind of a scam,our flight from Dubai landed in the morning at 7am we reached the accomodation area at 8am called and messaged them no response,till 1pm we tried calling and messaging no response,called booking .com complained ,they tried to reach couldn't,hen we have to book an other hotel,and checked in,at 2.30 got call from them shouting why did you complained to the booking.com,you can come now,we went just to see the accomodation they played with us almost 2hours making us to wait in hot sun,one lady came she said give me money first will show you the room she was insisting to pay,we said no we want to see,went and saw the apartment it was so bad room was sticking,bed bedsheet was very unhygienic We didn't stay We recommended it please don't get trapped booking in these kinds of apartments We booked because we were regular clients to booking.com from 25 yrs,this was the worst experience.

It was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

− The property looks nothing like the photos on booking. It was extremely filthy in every way possible. Hair strands lying everywhere, stains. It wasn’t livable. I had initially paid for two nights ended up leaving after the first night. The host was extremely rude and scammed us saying that we needed to pay the full amount ahead of time in cash and when we told her that we were only staying on night and wanted a refund for the other night she went and said that we hadn’t paid anything in the first place. Biggest scammer. She kept saying that she’s busy she has other clients she needs the payment now only for us to see her walking around after she took the money shopping.

+ We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect for exploring the city—there’s a shopping mall nearby, along with plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance, so everything was very convenient. It was also a great choice for our family. The property was clean, safe, and well-maintained, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Almaty.

Dream apartment for a perfect holiday, super clean apartment , perfect location

+ Best apartment, prime location for tourists. Perfect bed with super fresh linens, mattress. The host was very polite and responsive.I really recommend this apartment for a long stay. Very good atmosphere.
