− The daily climb up the hill to the property but this was good for the legs and the heart.

+ Firstly, the way they welcomed. People were so warm and rooms were tidy. Pleasant, a cute garden, and a tiny winery. It made my stay really enjoyable. Additionally, the view from my room was amazing and serene.

Lovely place to stay in Tbilisi!

+ A really lovely property that's great value for money, and I found the staff to be really welcoming and kind. The bedroom was beautiful, as was the panoramic views from the terrace, and I loved checking out the family's on-site wine cellar! The location is great, too: a 10 minute walk to the old town, but you're in a slightly more residential area, which has a nice, safe vibe and is peaceful all day long. A grocery store and pharmacy are nearby. As a solo woman, I felt very safe here and would stay again.

− The internet was some of the worst I've experienced in years! I could barely even load Google for the entirety of my stay unless I was outside my room in the common area. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly there, but seemed to completely disappear as soon as I stepped into my room (even my Bluetooth headphones disconnected when I walked into my room while my laptop was outside), so I suspect the thick walls were blocking the signal. I ended up just buying extra data on my eSIM to use in my room.

Love love loved my stay!

+ I loved everything about this place!! I hope to come back one day. Room was clean - mine was cosy as I was just one person but not cramped at all. Beautiful view out the window surrounded by rambling roses. Family owned and run- they are fantastic people! They really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They know all the neighbours and you can feel safe walking home at any hour in this quiet neighbourhood. The courtyard is beautiful, I enjoyed hanging out reading my book when I was not exploring Tbilisi. Location is up a short hill just FYI for accessibility but ride shares/ taxis all drop you off right at the gate. Very easy walk otherwise and close to old town whilst not being in tourist central.
