Good hotel, clean , but people have no service mindset

+ Location and the hotel was as expected, no complaints

− Even the reception was empty, and I checked in 12:40 am midnight the receptionist were super unfriendly. Did check in then reached room got call saying I haven’t paid . Had to come down to do the payment Again another gentleman pop up to tell me show him the confirmation rate that is also once I completed my payment. Super rude and not friendly.. I haven’t faced anywhere in my booking . Com experience while doing reservations. After 14 hrs of travelling, long hours of waiting in airport I was expecting at least a polite welcome.

+ I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel for 20 nights. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Mr. Aymen for his kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. He took the time to make sure everything was going well and was always happy to help with a smile. It's people like him who make a stay truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

− The only minor issues I noticed were that sometimes only one of the two elevators was working, but this only happened once or twice during my entire stay, so it wasn't a major inconvenience. The lobby is also a bit small and not the most comfortable place to sit, but again, it wasn't a big deal. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent hospitality.

+ We recently stayed at Gloria Hotel & Suites Doha for 12 days, and it was truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. One of the things we loved most was the beautiful view from our room. Waking up each morning to such a lovely view made our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and always kept clean by the housekeeping team. The pool access was another highlight. It was a great place to relax and unwind. What made the experience even better was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and professional, always willing to assist with any request. Since we stayed for nearly two weeks, their kindness made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore Doha and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Thank you to the entire team for making our 12-day stay so pleasant and memorable. Between the comfortable room, beautiful view, relaxing pool, and outstanding service, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Gloria Hotel & Suites Doha and would gladly stay here again on my next visit.

A great, good value stay for the money

+ Super clean and spatious rooms (we had the king-size bed room). A nice view at Doha. Super good value for the money. A good breakfast, mix of sweet and salty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A great location, definitely recomend.

− Only 2 elevators (stopping at almost every floor at peak times)

Beautiful, casual hotel in pretty Doha

+ It was a great location and we were able to check in early. There were also very sweet cats around the area.

− I took a very short shower (maybe 5 minutes tops, even shutting off the water to lather) and the bathroom flooded because the drain was clogged. I had to get the hotel staff to intervene and the whole process took about an hour, which wasn’t great considering it happened at 8:30 pm and I just wanted to go to bed.
