− This hotel doesn't exist. This was a fake property. I lost money.Booking.com did a bad job posting this property on their website without verifying.Pathetic experience. Landing in the city and finding no property. No proper communication. I had to find new property in the late night. No one to question and no one to demand the refund. I suggest travellers to save themselves from such properties. I cannot trust postings on booking.com.

Bad

+ Location

− Worst hotel ever stay...

Bad

− They double booked my room. I was left stranded.

Very Good

+ For the price, it was amazing. 10 minute walk to bangla

Bad

+ Only the location okay

− The hotel quite dirty and the water heater not working and mosquito everywhere in the room This hotel doesn’t deserve even one star

Exceptional As Its Very Closed to Patong Beach

+ Best experience within 5 years in Phuket. Highly recommend. European service, everything is new, the staff is adorable! Wish to come again. It was worth every penny.

Worst hotel I have stayed in in thousands of trips over 59 years in 50+ countries.

+ AC worked

− Everything. I had to skip out on y second night because the place was just terrible. Loud and noises vibrations shook room all hours of the night, Hotel made me feel sickly any time I was there—I could not breathe right the whole time I was there but felt instantly better anytime I stepped out. Drab flophouse, dark dimly lit steep stairs no elevator,

Verry bad if you want to sleep a good night or have a fresh hotel.

+ The location of the hotel was great.

− The room was in verry bad condition. Bathroom: Leakage from shower, showerhead was packed with filth so we cleaned it to have a good shower. Toilet was leaking. Toiletpaper ran out and after that we got napkins to wipe. Bed: Was horrible, two 90cm beds put together. Stone hard with springs that poked our backs and made our nights horrible with backpain the day after. The sheets had holes and some stains. Verry dirty walls. Floor was alot of hair from someone that wasen’t us. Balcony: strait into a wall so no view at all, At best straight into neighbours room. And the door was not airtight so much noice from the bottom of the door. And it was verry verry verry thin walls so you can hear everything around and it sounds like the people in the stairway are in the room. Paid 14.000 bath (~400$) for 4 nights and for that price its noooooooot worth it at all. Maybe worth 300 bath (~10$) a night

Very nice simple stay.

+ How big the room was

− Nothing - it was great value for money

Pleasant

+ Friendly staff, good location close to everything you need, good value for money. Recommended for singles and solo travellers.
