+ Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is central and convenient. Parking can be difficult, but it’s free and you can usually find a spot nearby. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. Tea, coffee, and toiletries were provided. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel room in goog location
+ Host communicative, response quickly. The room is modern and comfortable, with mini fridge and water boiler. Location close to Ararat museum and Yerevan history museum, on the same street there are two supermarkets, bakeries and cafe.
− It is difficult to find, like most guest house and boutique hotels in Yerevan, no signage, but the host sent me a photo of the entrance and with that I can ask the locals and found it. Cash payment only!

Not recommended for long stays
+ Very convenient location close to the city center by foot, you can find supermarkets and bakeries at a very close distance, comfortable bed, good wifi, safety door with a pin code
− There is no sign of the hotel so you can find it easier, you can pay only by bank transfer or by cash, Spider web on the ceiling light, сold air was coming into the room through the window, as it seems the window is not very well sealed, shower was not comfortable at all , water was coming out all the time and the shower curtain was way too large for the space, and every time you took a shower, it would cling to your whole body, not even a small bottle of water provided, Upon our arrival, the room was at a very low temperature despite having informed the hotel of our expected arrival time. We requested a second blanket, which unfortunately never arrived. We were advised to turn on the air conditioning, but it was not sufficient to warm the room quickly, it took over two hours to reach a comfortable temperature, making it difficult to stay in the room initially. Αdditionally, we requested toilet paper, but it was only provided the following day. As you can understand, having to wait an entire day for such a basic necessity made us feel very uncomfortable.
