Nice place and good valie for money, would recommend if you dont mind travelling a bit to the centre

Clean and comfortable hotel to stay as a family

+ It was close to the center of Yerevan, it’s clean, newly renovated and very calm neighborhood

− The shower faucet was leaking and it was complicated to have a shower

+ The location was quiet and not on a busy street, which made for a peaceful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained. You can easily contact the manager on WhatsApp for any assistance. We would gladly recommend this place to others. Getting to the city centre was convenient and affordable using Yandex Go — rides cost only about USD 4–6 one way.

Nice place for fair value

+ Authentic but quiet neighbourhood. The property is secure, clean, and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful, just like most Armenians. I was lucky to catch an early deal, so it was great value for money. Overall, I pretty much enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place.

− The hotel is a bit off the city centre, however the bus stop is just a few steps away, so there’s no big deal.

Overall a decent stay for the price, let down mainly by the faulty shower

+ There is a kitchenette and a fridge available, which was nice. The room overlooks the backyard, which is very green and peaceful. The host is also nice, he texted me mid-stay to check if I needed cleaning or anything else. There is little else around apart from a small grocery shop, but the people there are very kind and you can find whatever you need. The location is not ideal, but that is likely reflected in the lower price.

− I had one issue related to hot water availability. There seems to be a problem with the water pump, heater or mixer — you can’t set the temperature and expect it to stay fixed. It fluctuates from very cold to very hot on its own, regardless of what you do. I mentioned this to the person working there, who came to check the room and said it would be fixed the next day. He later texted me to use the overhead shower instead of the smaller one, saying that would solve it. Although it was better, it was not solved. Then, on the last night and morning of an otherwise fine five-day stay, the water was barely running and only cold. The issue seems to be a known one, so future guests may want to ask about it in advance.
