Peaceful and relaxing stay. Great for calm holiday.
+ Staff was really friendly, helped out straight away if anything was needed. Really quick to reply. Not much to do around the location but taxi is really cheap so its makes up for it.

highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit soon.
+ The hotel is a super quiet, safe, and cozy place to relax. The room was quite spacious, with an amazing balcony overlooking the pool and the greenery. The location is also very convenient. You’ll find a supermarket, coffee shops, and local bakeries just around the hotel, and it’s within walking distance of the main roads. The owner is always around and makes sure that both the pool and garden are kept clean and well maintained. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit soon. Note: The hotel is located on a side road with a barrier, so if you arrive by taxi, make sure to contact the owner for access. I’ll also attach a photo of the hotel entrance. You’ll need to get the door code from the owner to enter the hotel.

Relaxing and warm
+ This hotel is suitable both for overnight between flight and for longer Armenia exploring. Small but safe oasis in Shengavit surburb, quiet green garden with pool, sunbeds and own kitchen with microwave owen. The guy on front desk named Sergey is very helpful and attentive asking about your travel details and schedule in advance. The room is quite modernly equipped, soft bed and all things needed for relax and rest. Arriving in dark time you would hardly find any sign of the hotel but Sergey will defenitely guide you when taxi stops.
− Please, repair the shower in room 8;))
