Exceptional

+ The location is perfect, it’s close to the main road, everything is in close proximity. The view is beautiful. Khayala along with the rest of the team were very helpful.

Poor hotel location made it bearable.

+ Location is superb.

− Had an issue with the shower we raised right away, we were told it was going to be looked at and heard nothing further. Really loud noises at night, loud intermittent bangs and groans of what sounded like AC systems coming in and out. The AC didn’t work well in the room. Had to ask for toilet roll on day 1, didn’t come in the room. Was told we’d be given a taxi back to airport - never happened. I would expect to pay the price of one night here for the whole three days, very expensive for the standard you get.

Cheap management

+ They canceled my booking due to formula 1 as they were getting higher price from other customer due to formula 1 race. Very cheap behavior

My worst stay ever

+ The hotel has a good location

− The noise was unbearable. People having a get together in the next room at 3AM. You can hear the doors opening and closing in the middle of the night. You can hear people taking outside your room. Basically, you hear everything outside your door. I didn't sleep for 3 nights. I have tried to be patient and talked to the staff and asked to be given another room, but they just apologized again and again and said that they will take care of it and on the next night it was the same. The bed mattress was sinking, the shower has mold stains on the ceiling After the third night I broke and checked in to another hotel.

+ This hotel is located in an amazing location. Basic breakfast elegantly served.

− Bring your own tissue papers. Uncomfortable pillows.

+ Location was very good. near nizami you can walk almot all attractions by walk.like mini venice,baku boulevard,carrpet museum,hughland park,old city ,fountain.

− poor cleaning, smelly rooms so that we asked fragrances epecially on 1st floor. one day intercom not working.bed sheets were dirty,towels are old and with stains.one bed condition was very bed that person can not sleep-

Good location with a tradeoff on everything else.

+ The only good part of the place is its location which is at the old town.

− I booked a standard room and asked for late check-in which they agreed on, but when I got there they directed me to a budget friendly room saying that this is mine but after 6hours I can have one of the better rooms. After waiting I could finally get in the room which was disappointing. This room finally looked like on the picture but it was a way worn down version. Moldy shower wall, showerhead full of water scale so water goes everywhere, the sink leaking water at the back due to lack of maintenance making a nice constant river in the bathroom, burnt holes on the bedsheet… and an extremely moody staff who wants to convince guest that he is incorrect at all times while they cannot say a proper hi or give a smile towards the guest, and wants to blackmail that if I give 10star rating I can save my bags with them after checkout.

Great Location but overall very bad experience

− Booked the standard room but the room they gave me is not matching the pictures and much worse than the one in the pictures. Room which was given to me is not clean and AC was not working properly
