+ It's a cheap place,good to spend a night waiting for your flight.

− Not fancy, simple, and low quality.

+ We had a balcony and could hang up our clothes.

− The bed sheets and towels were dirty when we arrived. The kitchenette was a bit small and impractical to use. We didn't get the WIFI password. Staff didn't answer us for 2 days when we texted them about dirty bedsheets, towels and wifi.

Unacceptable!

+ Absolute nightmare and total misrepresentation! Property is in terrible, hazardous condition.

− This property does not match the description at all and is in hazardous condition. There was no functional reception on site. Instead, we found a locked entrance door with its glass smashed and blocked with old cardboard boxes. There was no staff on site who could speak English or help us check in.There was trash on the territory. Both swimming pools were completely dried out (without any water), with plastic furniture standing around them in a total mess and umbrellas piled up. Inside the room, the windows were very dirty, and there was a heavy, musty, and stale smell. The air conditioner was ancient, blowing hot stinking air, and there were no mosquito nets on the windows at all. We refused to stay in such neglected, sub-standard conditions and had to leave immediately on the same day.

Bugs bugs bugs

+ Tigaki is a good spot to travel all the island easily.

− Go there only if you’re okay to sleep with bugs and cocoroaches. They would enter through the closed door during the night. Walking on the beds. Absolutely not clean, the first night we woke up at 6 because the power had gone out. Don’t pretend to use the kitchen since bugs would walk all around, even inside the cabinets, and also inside the FRIDGE. Cleaning service came the day after we arrived because we asked to and only one more time, also if you don’t provide the key they won’t be able to clean, and the door might be left open unitil you come back, so don’t leave important things when it’s the cleaning day. Wi-Fi very slow, hope for you to have your own data. On the pictures there’s tv, but there isn’t the remote. Not even a toilet brush. It’s not clear the location of this place. You will find the entrance just straight after a bike/scooter rent on the right, and also infront of a“greek restaurant” as it’s written on the sign. Provide yourself with google translate to speak with the cleaning lady.

+ Room is large,Room service good,swimming pool perfect.

− The drive off the busy road is a problem,it needs resurfacing. My car was scraping the surface at the top of the hill. Becarefull.

Vile

+ Nothing the whole place is vile, no water in the pool. The grounds are full of litter and debris. The rooms are very very old and dated. Absolutely terrible place

− No one spoke English, it felt very very dirty and quite scary to go back to at night

Wouldn’t rush back!

+ The location was brilliant

− Check in process- non existent Cleanliness- shockingly dirty bathroom, kettle unusable, dirty bedding, if I had an option to move hotel I would have but all hotels were full. Daily maid service however not sure what she did other than dust the floor. Seemed to be people living on the ground floor with no consideration for others who were holidaying there.

Good price and location, don’t expect too much! :)

+ The location is perfect, it’s close to many bars, restaurants, super market, car rental, beach etc.! We had a car, it was super nice and easy to drive around Kos from our property. There was a daily cleaning, which was super nice altough we really think deep cleaning for the room would be necessary. Good price.

− There was limited amount of cooking gear, we had no knives, forks that made cooking really hard. I really recommend re-stocking all the items :) The room is okay clean when you come in but it really needs a deep clean. We found very old cigarette from the toilet closet, the smell was horrible. Toilet in anyways could’ve used more cleaning, also sewers , basically most of the surfaces and the balcony was full of dead cockroaches and pugs. The property was super cheap, which is amazing, perfect for students etc. altough regards the price it should be clean! Staff doesn’t speak English at all which made communication really hard, but I think they’re still nice and hard-working people! The place would be lovely with some renevation, it has so much potential already! <3
