Location + Comfort
+ I really liked this hotel during my 2 days stay in Tbilisi. Firstly personnel, especially reception are very helpful and friendly. Was surprised how many languages speaks receptionist. Room is clean and spacy with good view to a old historical buildings from one side and to the government building with park on another side. Breakfast was good enough.

Nice location but some misleading online room photos
+ Location and breakfast was nice BUT online photos, price and room description not matching
− We asked if possible early check-in and were told it was possible. When we arrived at 2:00 PM, a random guy in shorts, not wearing a staff uniform, approached us outside the reception and shouted, "Early check-in is not possible, come back at 3:00 PM sharp, "not a minute earlier." We had to change room twice as none of the rooms matched the photos online or prices. The AC was not working and extremely noisy, the room was dusty, and the refrigerator didn't work. The same guy later came to fix the AC while smoking a cigarette, which was highly unprofessional. He didn't speak English and created a very poor hospitality of the hotel. To be honest, all other staff members were polite and helpful. صور واسعار مضلله على الانترنت مع ضیافه سییه جدًا.

Pleasant
+ The location is great! The gym was necessary for me so it was a good advantage to have it at the hotel. The design of the interior is authentic and aesthetically pleasing.
− Breakfast was not much. The balcony was nice to have but the plastic benches didn't suit the style and the hotel status. It was more like something brought from nana's country house. Cheap and not suitable for the room at all. The building and the design is very authentic but the way the hotel operates within those walls doesn't match the design. The first impression from the hotel's interior is WOW, but the rest is unfortunately "well, ok.."
