Very Good
+ Everything is fine. You get what you pay for. Noise isolation is great.
− Cigarette smoke travels from downstairs to up and fills room. I used wet blanket to close gap to avoid smoke. I wish this problem sorted then nothing can stop this hotel in terms of value :)

Exceptional
+ I would strongly recommend this place. The room was very clean and spacious. There were no windows with view inside, but it was not matter for us. Location is very convenient, it is in very touristic place with bars, cafes, restaurants. However the street was noisy, but inside the hotel there was total silence )) Thanks for our comfort stay ✨

Exceptional
+ Wonderful place, clean, very polite staff, fully renovated in the heart of Istanbul’s bustling Besiktas. A lot of eating places and bars not more than 100-200 meters away. Will definitely come back. Thank you for making my stay magical.

Super convenient location
+ Convenient location 2 min walk from the Havaist bus stop from the airport and near restaurants, esp. yummy kahvalti restaurants for breakfast. Nearby buses for trips throughout Istanbul. Five minutes from the ferries to the Asian side. Room was large, had a comfortable bed, mini fridge, and wonderful hot shower with great water pressure.
− Could be really noisy due to the clubs out right outside the door. I asked for a room on the 2nd floor and in the back and it was perfectly silent. Be aware there are plenty of steps both up to the reception and then to the elevator and to the rooms.
