Located at the Karama District in City of Dubai. This 3 star hotel offers spacious air-conditioned accommodations just adjacent to Bur Dubai, World Trade Center and Sheikh Zayed Road areas. All neatly decorated units has a balcony, satellite flats TV’s, mini bar with refreshing beverages. It features spa, fitness center and guest can enjoy a range of therapies and massages. The RASA restaurant Serving Authentic dishes from Kerala, Mangalore and Goa and there are several cafes, sports bar and nightclubs in the hotel. Dubai International Airport 10 minutes drive and ADCB Metro station is just 66 ft away with other public transportation and taxis available around the hotel. + I was disappointed with my stay mainly because of the room. Considering the price I paid, I expected a much better room with a pleasant ambience, better lighting, and more modern facilities. Even in Dubai, rooms with much better ambience and facilities are available at a similar price. Unfortunately, the room I received here was not up to my expectations, and I was expecting much more for the price I paid.
− Regarding the room facilities, considering the price I paid, I had expected a better standard. I previously stayed at another hotel in Dubai at a similar price and received a much better room with a pleasant ambience and proper facilities. However, the room provided here is in poor condition, particularly the AC unit, which is old and not a split AC. Overall, the room facilities and ambience do not meet my expectations considering the price paid.

− They are not allowing guest inside the room. I’m here for business and lots of clients come and meet me. It’s very tuff to handle
