+ We had a very exceptional stay at this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect from the first day until we left. Thank you so much for making our holiday unforgettable! The staff were amazing – always smiling, kind, friendly, and ready to help with anything. They made us feel welcome every single day. The food was delicious with a huge variety of fresh meals, desserts, fruits, and drinks. Every meal was excellent and there was something for everyone. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day. The pools, beach, and all facilities were beautiful and well maintained. The entertainment team was fantastic and there were plenty of activities for both adults and children. This is truly the best hotel in Turkey, and we will definitely come back again. Thank you for everything and for such an incredible experience. Highly recommended!

Nice place to stay in Antalya

+ It's friendly staff. At reception, Mr. Erdi and Ibrahim were so helpful. Room was nice, big and clean. The breakfast was MashaAllah. And there is a mosque opposite to the hotel. Not too far from the sea. Very quiet place. I liked it.

− There are very few nearby restaurants. My room did not have any window.

Lağım Kokusundan Klima Gürültüsüne: Fora Inn Lara

+ Fora Inn Lara’da yaşadığım deneyim, bir otelden beklediğim hizmet anlayışının maalesef çok uzağındaydı. Bana ilk verilen odada ağır bir lağım kokusu vardı. Odanın sağında solunda kullanılmış havlular bulunuyordu ve açıkçası havluların temizliğinden dahi şüphe ettim. Oda rutubet kokuyor, nefes almakta zorlanıyordum. Camsız, havasız ve lağım kokan böyle bir odanın müşteriye verilmesini gerçekten anlayamıyorum. Kapıdaki görevlinin tavrı da ayrıca hayal kırıklığıydı. Oldukça soğuk, ilgisiz ve çözüm bulmaktan uzaktı. Üstelik sattığı odanın durumundan haberdar olmadığı açıkça belli olmasına rağmen, bu şartlardaki odayı bana kabul ettirmeye çalıştı. Talebimi ciddi ve kararlı bir şekilde dile getirmesem ve yöneticisiyle görüşmek istediğimi belirtmesem, anladığım kadarıyla bu odada konaklamam konusunda ısrar edecekti. Sonunda oda değiştirildi. Fakat verilen yeni oda da ayrı bir problemdi. Bu kez klima dış ünitesinin sesi uyunamayacak seviyedeydi. Gece rahatça uyumak mümkün değildi. Bununla da bitmedi. Temiz hava girişini sağlayan havalandırma kanallarının pis peçetelerle tıkanmış olduğunu gördüm. Tuvalette ise havalandırma kanalı dahi yoktu. İnsanın aklına ister istemez şu soru geliyor: Acaba bu bir satış stratejisi mi? “Budget Room” adı altında pis, camsız, havasız ve lağım kokan bir odayı müşteriye verip, müşteri itiraz ettiğinde daha iyi bir oda için ekstra ücret ödemeye yönlendirmek… Eğer gerçekten uygulanan yöntem buysa, bunun adı otelcilik değil, müşteriyi çaresiz bırakarak üst satış yapmaya çalışmaktır. Yaşadığım durum nedeniyle para iadesi dahi talep ettim. Buna da çözüm olarak ret cevabı aldım. Kısacası, bu otelde kendimi insan gibi hissetmek ve temel bir temizlik, hijyen ve konfor standardı beklemek istiyorsam buraya tekrar gelmem. Aynı şekilde başkalarına da gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir yer değil.

+ The staff were very nice and helpful all the time. I stayed there for 11 days and they gave me a suite room. I enjoyed it alot

+ It is very clean hotel, booked confirm, and nice staff.

Good place for an overnight.

+ I liked the location and the price. Booked this place for the convenience and proximity for the errands I had in that part of the town. Overall would rate it as good for a couple of days tops in the city.

− I stayed at the -1 floor and there was a smell of dampness. Also, I didn't quite appreciate asking for the change when I paid in cash, the guy at the reception didn't bother until I had to ask for it specifically the next day. Other than that all good.

Very Good

+ The hotel was very clean. The breakfast and the snacks were very good. The surrounding environment was really nice.

− I was provided a room under ground. There was no window, light or ventilation. It paid almost 44 euro per night. Therefore, the room could be better.

Pleasant

+ Arda is the best , i highly recommend him for anything and for any problem he can always somve he deserves somewhere better to work at and i would love to know that he gets a raise he helped us out so much

− The staff are horrible except ARDA he is the best he gave us an upgrade to our rooms i think he deserves a raise or a better hotel to work at , the house keepers are the rudest people ever so disappointing and disrespectful it caused me frustration in my trip the house keepers refused to cleanmy room for 2 days on the third day i forced them to clena it and they werr cursing me in turkish the whole time that was so unpleasant , i was a girl alone checking in and there is only dtairs in the hotel and the receptionist refused to carry my bags cause “hes a receptionist “ didnt like that

Pleasant stay and enjoyed it … Also like that there was a nice frozen yoghurt place right next to the hotel if you want

+ I was in Room 604 and it was a nice room, very clean, nice clean bathroom with a good shower and good air conditioners in the room that worked very well. The beds were also clean and comfortable. Nice themed wall section by the bed which was also nice. Nice staff like Serife at the front desk who always tried to help if you have a question or needed some help. Also a special thank you to Arda and my main man Baran. Two great guys and really nice to talk with them. Always engaging and helpful, especially Baran who was so good and he even changed my room location to 604 after the previous room was facing the Main Street that was quite lively at night. So thanks again Baran for making that change simple and with no fuss or problems. Wish you guys all the best and when I’m ever back in Turkey I would be happy to stay there again. Take care!

− Nothing I didn’t like but it would be good if there was a microwave in the dining area or some sort of heating device so that things could be heated up
