Overall great value of money they were so helpful and nice but residance needs a lot of improvement concerning cleanline

Affordable, clean hotel with helpful staff.

+ The Flamingo Residence was a nice place to stay which is close to the city centre and Konyaalti Beach. The apartment felt clean and the bed was comfortable and there was A/C in the bedroom and lounge area and 2 balconies. There is free parking right outside the hotel entrance and there are multiple supermarkets within walking distance, there’s also a car rental place nearby and a few restaurants. The staff were very helpful and spoke English too. If you’re looking for an affordable stay close to the city then I would recommend this place

Terrible

− The facilities that are advertised on this site are false. It says the property has a bar, restaurant, dj, massage facilities etc none of which are at this property. The room also has a gas bottle in for the hob which is illegal in hotels due to the safety risks

Nothing like pictures don’t be fooled

+ I liked that the property offered suite style rooms for comfortable sleeping for my entire family for my one night stay.

− The property looks nothing like the pictures. The photos of the place seem to be AI generated. This place needs a serious update to look like the pictures being used. The WiFi did not work at all. The pool was green and my kids could not get in. The room we were given had water all over the floor upon entry, The bathroom had black mold in it and the shower wasn’t properly sealed so the entire bathroom floor got wet when running the shower. The mold smell was very strong coming from the bathroom. There was dirt on every wall of the apartment. They only had one pot and one pan for cooking and no adequate cooking utensils. The kitchen cabinets had dirt inside them. The balcony door kept falling off the hinges and I was told I needed to learn the special technique they have coped with to close it. I asked for cleaning supplies to re clean room since it was subparly done, but never received them. I may have went down to the front desk 5 times with all of my issues and I don’t I was truly getting the help needed. When I asked if I could change rooms, I was told they were fully booked. Because the booking was nonrefundable, we just had to bare through our one night. I would not recommend this place.

Complete disappointment

+ Absolutely Nothing! I need to l was forced to leave the hotel early!

− There are power outages, the breakfast mentioned does not exist, not even for an additional fee. The swimming pool is dirty, with cloudy, greenish water! I have stayed in many hotels, but I have never experienced anything like this in my life! A complete disappointment!

− 1) the time stopped in 1980s everything is old from wood cabinet to TV to power socket. 2) No dishwasher and utinsells is barely!!!! usable.Not enough pots 3) air condition hose leaks in the blacony !. 4) you will get 1 key only 5)Super Overpriced . .

I enjoyed 6 days in flamingo, it’s my nex choice
