Classy, goof location, pleasant, best view.
+ Best views over the city and to Ararat during breakfast. More or less classy stay.
− Asked to bring wine glasses and corkscrew to the room - was politely directed to the bar on the 1st floor 😳 Nah, that’s fine, opened the bottle with my fingers and used water glasses that were in the room instead.

Great value for money stay in the centre of Yerevan
+ Large comfortable beds in rooms that felt modern and spacious. Good location just a 15-20 min walk to Republic Square or the Cascade. Staff always friendly and welcoming each time you entered the hotel. Breakfast room had great view over the city, just a shame it was too hazy to properly see Mount Ararat. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Nice pool, when not too busy. We had a one bedroom suite which was an unexpected upgrade and made our stay even more memorable. Even without this we would have no hesitation in returning.
− Some carpets in rooms had seen better days

Nice stay in a quiet area of the city but close to the main attractions
+ Nice hotel and the restaurant on the last floor with a nice view
− In my humble opinion, the price is a bit high for the facilities provided

Very nice place, highly recommend!
+ The staff was nice and friendly, breakfast offered rather good variety of options, room was nice and clean, comfortable bed. Overall, the hotel is excellent! Also gym and pool area are available.
− Just small things to be noted: 1. Linen was not well attached to the mattress, it slipped away during sleep. 2. Also the hot and cold water taps were mistaken. 3. There was no towel dryer available. 4. To my mind, shampoo and shower gel were mistakenly misplaced. 5. No walk-through (double) switchers available in the bathroom, that is accessed both from the bedroom and the living room.
