Excellent location and exceptionally welcoming staff!

We had a small problem with storing our two large suitcases because we were going on a two-day trip to Cappadocia and only found out at the last minute that we could take just one small suitcase with us. The hotel staff kindly allowed us to leave both of our large suitcases with them for the entire time we were away, which was extremely helpful and made everything much easier for us.
As a welcome gift, we were also offered chicken soup, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch.
The rooms give a luxurious impression and are nicely decorated.
For food, we personally preferred Luna Garden, which is only about a 3-minute walk from the hotel.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The location and especially the kindness and helpfulness of the staff were the biggest highlights for us.

However, if you look more closely, you can tell that the hotel itself is a little dated and could use some maintenance. For example, our bathroom door would not close because part of the frame/trim was broken. That said, it did not really affect our stay or bother us too much.

The location was good and convenient as it was walkable to many tourist sites. The staff were kind. It is a comfortable place to stay in for a short time.

Not a very big thing, but perhaps if there was more hanging space or hooks in the toilet, it would've been great. But it was manageable ofcourse.

Nice hotel in a good location - can improve on basics

Location close to the old town, in a calm area. good value for money, The hotel itself only has 4 rooms which though basic and needing a little updating are clean and comfortable. If you're looking for luxury or a 5 star stay this is not for you but if you are looking for value for money this is perfect.

Hot water was coming only from shower head. No hot water in the shower above the head or in sink. bathroom was very small, the outside is quite noisy in the night. Shutting the windows blocks most of the noise but you still hear some.

We had a very attractive price and for this price we‘ve got a small but nice newly renovated room. The distance from the Hadrian Gate is 5 min walk. The hotel stuff was helpful.

The street to the historical center (3 min walk) is a bit dirty and empty at night time. The hotel is on the street with traffic but it’s not loud in the room. The view out of the window.

Nice hotel in a good location

The location was great and the room was very clean. It’s in the centre of the city, so it is really eaisly accessible

Good for a short stay.

The location is very good, the room was clean and cozy and nice, the girl in restaurant was nice.

The shower had an electric heater and it didn't work well, the shower experience could be more convenient.
Area is small but good for a short stay.
There's no reception outside the opening hours of the restaurant..
Overall, I liked the hotel for a short stay, the traveller should just know what he is coming to.
No elevator.

A nice Guesthouse in a central location in Kaleici.

The owner is a very nice and friendly person.

I think they must really reconsider working on many details, such as toilet/bathroom maintenance, in addition to some cleanliness issues.

Good for value of money with average level accomdation

Room is good but require some small maintenance ( eg toilet closet cover, electric plugs), bathroom was very small
