A beautiful and comfortable property with excellent amenities and breakfast!

+ Excellent property with very comfortable, spacious rooms and beautiful common areas. The breakfast was definitely a highlight, with a great spread, and the poolside was a lovely place to relax.

− While the team looked after us well, the hospitality could be warmer and more attentive. At times, reaching the concierge for in-room services was time-consuming, with calls going unanswered and requiring follow-ups for requests such as room cleaning.

The hotel’s architecture is magnificent, and the breathtaking lobby creates an unforgettable first impression. The ambience throughout the property is stunning, sophisticated and welcoming. My room was exceptionally spacious, with beautiful views and an intelligent, thoughtfully designed layout. The technology was innovative yet extremely user-friendly, from the smart curtains that opened and closed automatically to the well-integrated room controls. I especially loved the separate, generously sized closet with its cleverly designed storage, as well as the minibar beautifully incorporated into an elegant wardrobe. The rain shower was wonderful, and the luxurious hair and skincare products were another thoughtful touch. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, friendly and genuinely hospitable. The consistently warm and attentive service made the experience feel even more special. Breakfast was outstanding, with an enormous selection of options. Almost everything one could imagine seemed to have its own station, and the food was exceptional in both variety and quality. I absolutely loved my stay. The remarkable architecture, beautiful room, innovative technology, exceptional food and wonderful staff made Fairmont Mumbai my new favourite hotel. I would love to stay here again.

− The only drawback was some confusion on the surrounding roads due to the hotel’s proximity to the airport. If you miss the correct turn, you may accidentally enter the airport parking area and have to pay a fee to exit, so it is worth following the directions carefully.
