+ I like the Marriot Brand. Consistent more or less. Customer Service was good. Pool area very pleasant.
− Too many interns. No bath mat in slippery shower. A net blind would be good. Bathroom toiletries too high in shower and sink. This is India not the U.S :-)

− Room size... Most importantly we wanted to order soup. Resturant had closing time for chineese at 11.30. They stopped answering call from 11.20pm.. once they answered at 11.45pm..they said kitchen is closed for chineese

+ The hotel's proximity to the airport was very practical, especially for travellers needing to catch an onward flight. The room was adequately sized, well equipped, and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout. A special thumbs up to the manager, Sidarth, sorry for the wrong spelling of the name, the reception desk for managing the front desk so efficiently and professionally. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the food was very good. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. I look forward to staying at Fairfield Mumbai again on my next visit.
